Columbus Circle, New York

What you do today can improve all your tomorrows. ~ Ralph Marston

New York is one of the greatest cities in the world, but it’s not without its challenges. It’s a city with a lot of tensions which can feel depleting and tough to manage. It’s not uncommon to find yourself living in New York (and loving it) but under a considerable amount of pressure.

As a born and raised New Yorker, I wanted to be sure to have a practice that would be easy to get to from all boroughs and the tri-state area. Centrally located in Columbus Circle, nearby the Subway lines 1, B, D, A, E, N, and Q. If you plan to commute out of NYC to NJ or Long Island, Penn Station is a short ride to catch your train.

Once you arrive at 240 Central Park South, you will take the elevator up to the second floor. You will find Suite 2H has a quiet and peaceful waiting area which will help you to disconnect from the activity outside. My office will feel like a haven where you can let your guard down and take a break from your busy day. Feel free to bring up a coffee, tea or juice from the many cafes and carts located close by.

Your therapy session should include a safe place to express your feelings, whether that be anger, frustration, sadness, feeling overwhelmed, unclear, or tired. I’ve seen it all, ranging from one on one therapy to divorce therapy, adolescents, blended families, even to corporate professionals.

Everyone needs to feel like they can have an outlet to express their emotions instead of bottling them up and that is what I am here to do: provide a safe haven for my clients without judgment.
