For my clients in Orlando, the location of Lake Nona is not only convenient to get to, but selected for a reason. Known for being a community of and for the future, I felt what better location but one that symbolizes moving forward, restoring and (re) building. Surrounded by sprawling parks and impressive hubs for business technology and medicine, clients appreciate its beauty and energy. Ample parking is available in the Eagle Creek Complex for in-person clients.

My Orlando location focuses on individual coaching, couples coaching, divorce support/coaching, and relationship workshops. If you are not located close to the Florida area or find it more convenient to meet via phone or video chat, I offer all of these services online to make it more convenient for my clients.

Your therapy/coaching session should include a safe place to express your feelings, whether that be anger, frustration, sadness, feeling overwhelmed, unclear, or tired. I’ve seen it all, ranging from one on one therapy to divorce therapy, adolescents, blended families, even to corporate professionals and I’m here to help you with whatever you are going through.

Everyone needs to feel like they can have an outlet to express their emotions instead of bottling them up and that is what I strive to do: provide a safe haven for my clients to express themselves without judgment.
